be very interested in putting up the ported version of the snippet/code on my website for

===============

 The license is as follows:

 You (the downloader/installer of the snippet) may edit; modify;
or install this snippet however/where-ever you wish. All I ask
for as an email from the downloader stating where they are installing
it and which snippet they are using. This gives me incentive to include
more snippets from my codebase to release to the public.

 This snippet may not be re-released (modified or not) without consent
from the author; be it written (email) or verbal (message/chat). This
includes but is not limited to: other snippets; portions of snippets;
portions of codebases; or codebases.

 You may NOT under any circumstances remove any of the headers included
with the 'stock' packaging of this snippet. All includes above the beginning
of the #include statements must be kept intact. You may add your own; but ALL
must be remain intacted.

 If you are using a non-custom/non-scratch codebase; I also require you to
follow all the license information for that codebase. I don't enjoy license
breakers; and if you are using any of my code and not complying with the license
of the codebase it is installed on; you are breaking my license too.

 By installing this snippet (on any codebase or platform) you agree to
all of the above terms and understand if any of which are broken that you are
doing an illegal activity and can be subject to a lawsuit.

This license is subject to change without notification; you are required to
comply with the new license within (30) days of it being active.
