When I left 6dragons I got addicted to p99 ever quest for awhile. Now I'm being more responsible and working on my health. I'm doing gymnasticbodies.com which is run by Nationals gymnast coach Chris Sommers. It won't make me a gymnast obviously but can get me in the best shape of my life and improve my mobility.
