Technically speaking IMC2 is a feature of Smaug 1.8b, but it was during a time when the networks were all still alive and one could expect to connect somewhere. That's probably not very surprising given that connections to both services are unencrypted and security awareness has come a long way in 24 years. The only page I was able to find about any of it is a broken rendering of an old I3 router listing from 2014. So it seems the website tracking the routers themselves has been dead for 10 years too.
