Heh, trust me. If I knew how to use indent that well, it would already have been done to my liking and Xorith would have been cursing my name.... wait... he already is.... As for handler.c, you can just download the full package and compare the results to see what's missing.

Heh, be thankful he's nicer than me! Last time I maintained a mud codebase, after struggling with all the places where some people felt like using tabs, and others just refused to indent things AT ALL... I spent a few days running every single file through indent (and yes, I even built my own .indent.pro file so it understood all the evil data types). Voila! Inconsistant whitespace gone... of course anyone who had hand-modified patches cursed my name for months to come....

Thank you very Much Samson Patched just fine only had 2 hunks fail handler.c & mud.h will take a look at those and see if I can manually edit Kilroy Update: Okay - Mayhaps I am losing it -
patching file src/handler.c Hunk #1 FAILED at 2200. 1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file src/handler.c.rej
If I am understanding the patch routine correctly - it looks through the file for a referance point. and then either adds or removes lines accordingly? I did a search
