Bug: Scan allows blinded players to "see" with it

skills.c, do_scan

Locate:
   if( IS_AFFECTED( ch, AFF_BLIND ) )
   {
      send_to_char( "Not very effective when you're blind...\r\n", ch );
      return;
   }


Change to:
   if( IS_AFFECTED( ch, AFF_BLIND ) && ( !IS_AFFECTED( ch, AFF_TRUESIGHT ) ||
    ( !IS_NPC( ch ) && !xIS_SET( ch->act, PLR_HOLYLIGHT ) ) ) )
   {
      send_to_char( "Everything looks the same when you're blind...\r\n", ch );
      return;
   }


Blind players able to scan their surroundings? Visually? Not hardly since this is what scan was intended for. So the new ifcheck is needed to correct it.
