Being thirsty or hungry causes you to hit yourself

This one is not so much of a fix as it is a different way to handle the thirst and hunger in FotE. Right now it calls the damage function which inturns says you hit yourself. So I changed it from that to a more subtle removing hp and updating thier position.

in update.c find:
        case COND_FULL:
          if ( ch->top_level <= LEVEL_AVATAR )
          {
            set_char_color( AT_HUNGRY, ch );
            send_to_char( "You are STARVING!\n\r",  ch );
            act( AT_HUNGRY, "$n is starved half to death!", ch, NULL, NULL, TO_ROOM);
            worsen_mental_state( ch, 1 );
            retcode = damage(ch, ch, 5, TYPE_UNDEFINED);
          }
          break;

        case COND_THIRST:
          if ( ch->top_level <= LEVEL_AVATAR )
          {
            set_char_color( AT_THIRSTY, ch );
            send_to_char( "You are DYING of THIRST!\n\r", ch );
            act( AT_THIRSTY, "$n is dying of thirst!", ch, NULL, NULL, TO_ROOM);
            worsen_mental_state( ch, 2 );
            retcode = damage(ch, ch, 5, TYPE_UNDEFINED);
          }
          break;



and change to:

            {

               send_to_char( "You starvation begins to DIMINISH your health!\n\r", ch );
               act( AT_HUNGRY, "$n is starved half to death!", ch, NULL, NULL, TO_ROOM );
               worsen_mental_state( ch, 1 );
               ch->hit = (ch->hit - 5);
               update_pos( ch );
            }
            break;

         case COND_THIRST:
            if( ch->top_level <= LEVEL_IMMORTAL )
            {

               send_to_char( "You thirst begins to DIMINISH your health!\n\r", ch );

This should do the same thing but take away the 'you hit yourself' type message that frequently occurs when a player gets really hungry or really thirsty.
