Since SWFotEFUSS already got these, I figured it was high time this one got them too.

Updated the Color code to the latest version.
Converted Areas to use the SmaugFUSS KEY'd area format. (And converted the areas to the new format.)
Installed the DNS Resolver Code from SmaugFUSS.
Broke up that huge ass loop in nanny() into smaller more manageable helper functions.
Updated the Freedom IMC client to CL-2.2.
Ripped all the virtual exits out of coruscant_streets to prevent mobs from falling into limbo.
