Is there any real reason why i am banned from accessing this site? Other than because i have been fire walled because of whatever has transpired on MB?
Thanks,
Thanks,

You posted.
Obviously, you're not banned.

One would think that the very fact that there is a post here by you for one to respond to would indicate that you're not in fact banned from accessing this site, let alone via firewall ban. Though, I suppose you could be posting via proxy or whatever. If you are actually blocked, I would assume that it was because of your dispute with Samson on his blog site which, I believe, is hosted on the same box, but I doubt that anyone's blocked you from this site specifically intentionally. Again, I would point to the fact that you've posted as evidence that you're not blocked though.

Arhh i did not know that this site was hosted on the same box as MB, for some reason i always assumed it was hosted on Samson's home box, and yes, i am using a proxy to gain access, so i guess i am technically now circumventing the fire walling and will somehow become banned here now because of that. Any who, i wish my ISP would hurry up and put me on a different IP mask, so i don't have to use a proxy.
Peace out.

This isn't hosted with MudBytes. It's hosted on a separate box. But if you're fire walled out of here, there's obviously a good reason for it. But I didn't do it.

Yes, there's a very good reason for it. It's called willful circumvention of security measures, and the fact that you don't get it when someone tells you you're not welcome. The fact that you needed to proxy around it should have been a pretty strong hint.

Ok, thank you for clearing that up, i did not know i was not welcome at this site and i did not know that i was willfully circumventing any security measures at this site.
Peace out.

Actually, I hadn't said that it was hosted on the same server as MB since I know that it's not, I said that I believe it is hosted on the same server as Samson's blog site where we know he'd banned you. Either way, I hadn't realized that you were banned here too, but Samson's post certainly indicates that you are, about as plainly as he could've put it, persona non grata here.

Not persona non grata at this site per se, persona non grata on my server period. That's what happens when you spend your days spamming. The people in charge tend to react negatively to that.

Well, this we will have to agree to disagree on, like i have said to Davion, XFF is the easiest thing to forge, it is so inherently insecure it was left out of the Http standard. There is this nifty little mozilla utility that allows you to edit every packet before you send it, with it you can change the X_FORWARD_FOR entry to be whatever you like. But anywho, i have nothing more to say and i did not actually come here to cause a ruckus, i found the bit of information i was needing and now have no further need to access this site, i will not bypass your firewalling of my old IP mask via proxy anymore.
Peace out.
