I have a version of it, possibly the last one I saw floating around. I suppose I could upload it here unless anyone objects for some reason?

I'm also curious if it is still or has at all recently been maintained. I didn't readily find anything when I tried to search, so I imagine that's why you posted here.

I will see if I have any other versions, but I did find one so will upload that if I can.

A problem I am finding is that there is apparently no license information provided in the release I have. I have no idea why that would be the case, but I'm not finding it.

Honestly, you'd probably be better off with Nick Gammon's AreaEditor, which is now freeware too (so you can use the config file if you customized your flags/affects/etc.).

I'll see if I can figure out the license or another place that hosts the file in the interim. Not sure it would fit within the upload categories here anyway.
