Missing null check in show_char_to_char_0 [Samson]

Event Q code now compiles clean in FreeBSD. [Moonwolf/Samson]
mudmsg.c compiles clean on FreeBSD. [Moonwolf/Samson]
Finger command no longer saves PC after loading. [Samson]
mptransfer fixed to properly move people without telling them. [Samson]
Missing NPC check in do_mptransfer. [Samson]
ch->tempnum changed to int instead of sh_int. OLC bugs. [Samson]

Non-Bugfix alterations:

Added a command flag for mudprog commands to supress listings. [Samson]
Completed the Oasis OLC support for trap editing. [Samson]
Board pruning now handled daily by timer. [Xorith]
Login greeting now supports full color without confirmation. [Samson]
Reserved names list now stored only offline. [Samson]
Naming policy now spelled out if a newbie picks a bad name. [Samson]
Removed do_mpapply and associated prog support. Redundant code. [Samson]
Non-authed PC's can now level to 9 instead of 5. [Samson]

Non-Code related changes:

help.are file trimmed of wasted or outdated entries. [Samson]
