Adds the ability for your players to customize their colors just about any way they would like. Includes support for preset themes. Version 2.0 made maintenance of color settings even easier. Version 3.0 overhauled the ANSI parser to make it much simpler to use. This code is intended as a full replacement for the standard colorize command.
