Displays a short information screen on the specified player. Has security checks to prevent fingering immortals. Version 2 eliminated the need to keep separate finger files, instead reading its data directly from the pfiles. Version 3 added a new wizinfo listing, as well as a privacy toggle for players who do not wish to make their information available to other players.
