A SMAUGFUSS 1.9 port of Erwin's global board code.

It is just a normal patch file. Let me know if you have any issues etc... I just got it in and compiling fine and haven't done any testing.

Well since someone did do some testing and found some issues this should take care of them (Let me know if you test it and find issues by all means).

Issues fixed:

do_nread function was causing a crash from ch->pcdata->board being NULL.
do_global_note function wasn't set to const char *argument so couldn't set up the command.

On second thought I'll just put the default in the do_global_note instead of do_nread.

Well looks like still had to go back and add it for each, as well as it was cutting about 9 lines off of gboard.c
