This is an adaptation of Kayle's Weather Code from SmaugFUSS made to work in AFKMud 2.5.0.

See his entry for details on what this does.

This has only been test installed on AFKMud 2.5.0, and it will take some hard nudging to get it to work on an older version.

This code will be included in the AFKMud release from 2.5.1 onward.
