Quite a few issues have been pointed out and a new gcc had complaints so figured might as well do another release to fix the issues etc...
Hope someone finds the code useful.

Fixed an issue in do_bodybag.
Fixed an issue in do_gift.
Added in ITEM_NOCONTAINER for items.
(Makes it so the item can't be put in a container).
Added in IFCHECK CONTOBJVNUM and IFCHECK CONTOBJCOUNT.
Updated help files.
Modified do_prompt and do_fprompt to show the default prompts.
Modified do_ostat some.
Modified do_bamfin and do_bamfout.
(Now allows you to place your name where you want in them).
Modified progbug some.
(Changed the order and tossed the mob->description through strip_cr).
Modified do_destroy some.
(It now checks trust levels).
Fixed an issue in do_rdig.
Got it to compile clean in 4.3.2 g++

UPDATE:
Looks like the races directory had gotten left out so wanted to include that.
