Updated to compile clean on cygwin and ubuntu. (Change)
Modified do_languages display of languages.
Modified do_channels.
Modified show_list_to_char.
Modified auction display of objects.
Added more into account system.
Added some help files.
Fixed uplift to show correct messages.
(Hitvict should have been Hitchar and misschar and hitvict needed set.)
Removed send_to_pager, pager_printf, set_pager_color.
(All these now are send_to_char, ch_printf, set_char_color instead.)
(Turn on pager by setting usepager in cedit for the commands.)
