This gives your imms and members of your newbie council(?) the ability to reset a player's mentalstate to zero through a simple command, though it does require the person using the command to be present with the character being fixed, but that can be accomplished via the at command. This is a very simple snippet that even a newbie coder should be able to use without trouble.
