Pfreload: allows you to "reload" a pfile so you can edit it in shell without making a player log out. The idea was taken from another snippet, but I pretty much had to write this one myself. This was writen for FotE, but should work in any SMAUG based mud (i think). If you are going to use this be sure to keep the comment header -->Keberus
