The SmaugFUSS 1.9 distribution package. Contains bugfixes and enhancements over and above the stock 1.4a codebase.

Additions included in this distribution:

Kayle's weather system replacement.
KEY'd area file formats.
Various Smaug 1.8 official features.
mpsleep mudprog delay snippet.
Smaug reset system update.
MCCP support.
Dynamic command table support.
Hotboot support.
DNS resolver code added.
Upgraded ( and legalized for distribution ) IMC2 network code.
MSSP Plaintext Support.

*Updated to fix an issue with bug messages where not needed in loading of areas*
*If you take a look in the imc.config in the imc directory added in the server info for the only imc up and running that I know of*

This package compiles 100% clean in GCC 4.8.2+
