1. You are bound by the Diku, Merc, and Smaug licenses. Read, digest, understand, obey. Copies of them are in the same directory you found this file.
2. Credits on the opening screen must remain intact, though you are free to *ADD* your own information to it. The credits must remain visible on a standard 24 line 80 column telnet display. Copyright credits in the source files must remain. You may alter the formatting to suit, but the information must be left intact.
