I switched registrar control on the domain from Dynadot to Gandi after Dynadot got sold to a shady company who was starting to spam the living hell out of their users and had stopped responding to any sort of support requests to address it and other technical issues. Normally there's not much of a problem with doing this, but also needed to alter the name server records after the transfer when Gandi's own system wouldn't accept a critical value needed for DNS security. That resulted in unexpected downtime when I found out the domain zone had somehow become attached to another account on Linode and I had to then prove it was mine to control.

In any case, it's all fixed now and the site is back up.

Phew. Had me worried for a bit! Thanks for putting in the effort to keep the lights on for us!
