Bug: Overzealous conversion to const char renders code uncompilable.
Danger: High - Code won't finish compiling (sometimes?).

Mud.h
Find:
const char *fread_word args( ( FILE * fp ) );
const char *fread_line args( ( FILE * fp ) );

Change to:
char *fread_word args( ( FILE * fp ) );
char *fread_line args( ( FILE * fp ) );

db.c
Find:
const char *fread_line( FILE * fp )

Change to:
char *fread_line( FILE * fp )

Find:
const char *fread_word( FILE * fp )

Change to:
char *fread_word( FILE * fp )

A bit of overzealous const fixing has led to a problem that CYGWIN of all things caught. I'm still trying to figure out why AndLinux and Arthmoor both missed this one.
