Maybe make it so hotboot spawns a new log file?

Easy enough, just need to add a function to handle spawning a new log since for whatever reason the startup file is what's responsible for setting the log and a hotboot won't make it increment.

On that note, I ran into a prophetic comment just now while looking at stuff hotboots do in AFKMud:

// Note to future self looking at this in what's possibly 2025: Don't try to fix this again, ok? It works properly as listed now that hotboots have been accounted for.


Who would have figured it would indeed be 2025 before I saw that again :P
