This file includes two readme files. The TLDR should cover the setup for the most part. The more in depth version handles some testing that could help troubleshoot where it is going wrong.

This allows the mud to do two way communication between multiple channels on your discord server. It SHOULD exist on another thread so lag from discord or sending shouldn't affect the mud or cause it to hang.

I tested by sending over 2000 messages over an hour and did not have any issues but who knows.

I tried to document this setup as best I could but it has quite a bit of moving parts.

Python3 is a hard requirement to run the discord communication - so I guess this would make AFKMud 0.001% python.
